This 1919 craftsman bungalow after suffering years of neglect was rescued and given new life by restoring the original structure atop a new modern concrete and glass addition below; which is nearly complete. Great care was taken to be sensitive to the fabric of the historic neighborhood. Without adding height or changing scale the addition includes an architect’s Studio and separate apartment beneath the original bungalow.
